Inclusive Project Management:

The level of project management provided will be determined by the type, size and complexity of the project. Every job is important to us and we will ensure that customers receive at least the following:

• Dedicated Point of Contact / Project Manager
• Confirmation of work details / schedule prior to work commencing
• Regular progress updates

On larger or more complex projects we will also provide the following:

• Project Scope / List of Works Document
• Project Plan / Schedule of Works
• Project Progress Reports (if applicable and frequency to be defined at project outset)
• Handover Pack (On project completion)

Project Pricing:

Once a quotation has been accepted the price of the project will not change unless the customer changes the specification, makes additions to requirements or fails to allow the works to commence within 3 months of accepting the quotation. In each case any additional charges incurred will be included in either a new quotation or variance order.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We feel sure you’ll be delighted with our work and the overall service experience, however if you aren’t satisfied with our work, or we have made a mistake then please let us know about it by contacting us. We value your custom and will do absolutely everything we can to put it right as quickly as we possibly can.
